The antidiabetic drugs, dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors (Alogliptin, Sitagliptin, Saxagliptin, Linagliptin), glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists (Liraglutide, Semaglutide, Dulaglutide, Exenatide) and Metformin were identified as risk factors for drug-related AP in this study. This evidence concerns the gene DPP4 and alkaline phosphatase measurement.
