Compared with those in the vector control cells, the migration and invasion abilities were increased in shRNA MYO16-AS1 knockdown cells, as shown in Fig. 2G, H. A nude mouse xenograft tumor model was established to determine the effect of MYO16-AS1 in vivo (Fig. 2I-N), and the results showed that stable overexpression of MYO16-AS1 significantly decreased the size, volume, and weight of subcutaneous tumors in nude mice compared that of those in the control group (Fig. 2l-N). This evidence concerns the gene MYO16 and neoplasm.
