The CHIP-PCR was used to understand H3K27ac-mediated MYO16-AS1 downregulation in LUAD, and the results showed that H3K27ac levels were markedly reduced in A549 cancer cells compared with Beas-2B normal cells (Fig. 6D), meanwhile, H3.1 WT and H3K27R constructs were transfected into A549 cells; MYO16-AS1 was upregulated with ectopic expression of H3.1 WT and downregulated in H3K27R cells compared with WT A549 cells (Fig. 6E).
