In this relation, our Kaplan-Meier analyses revealed that NACT-treated breast cancer patients with elevated OCT4 and NANOG have significantly lower RFS (OCT4, p < 0.05; NANOG, p < 0.01) (Online Resource 4, Supplementary Fig. 2A and B) in comparison to patients furnishing lower levels of OCT4 and NANOG. The gene discussed is POU5F1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
