Figure 2C shows that NS1 and Sec13 are seen to be close to each other at 8 hpi, validating that NS1 and Sec13 interact during infection. To confirm this, an immunoprecipitation assay was performed with Sec13 pulldown in influenza-infected cells. Figure 2D shows that NS1 and Sec13 do associate and interact during influenza infection, confirming the docking results shown in Fig. 1. Here, SEC13 is linked to infection.
