Figure 2a shows that for ER+ cancer 15-year survival differed significantly between the older group on one hand (76.0%; 95% CI: 73.4–78.4), and BRCA2-carriers (49.7%; 95% CI: 39.7–59.0) and the young group (55.8%; 95% CI: 44.6–65.7) on the other hand. The gene discussed is BRCA2; the disease is cancer.
