COLEC10 and congenital secretory chloride diarrhea 1: The correlation matrix of the concentration of clinical serum markers including prothrombin time (PT), D-dimer, albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), total bilirubin (Tbil), direct bilirubin (Dbil) and clinical features including age of patients with CLD suggested that the serum concentration of COLEC10 was positively correlated with serum concentration of D-dimer, shown as Fig. 8C.
