IFNG and cancer: The function of miR-1275 was next examined by upregulating and inhibiting miR-1275 expression by agomir-1275 and antagomir-1275, and verified by qRT-PCR (Figure 5A), which showed that upregulation of miR-1275 under hypoxic conditions and Panc-1 incubation significantly increased the expression levels of perforin, IFN-γ and TNF-α (Figure 5B) and increased the cancer cell killing capacity of NK-92 cells (Figure 5C).
