AXIN2 overexpression under hypoxic conditions was shown to exhibit an opposite effect to miR-1275 overexpression, i.e. AXIN2 overexpression was able to inhibit perforin, IFN-γ and TNF-α secreted by NK-92 cells after incubated with Panc-1 (Figure 7B) and inhibited the ability of NK-92 cells to kill cancer cells (Figure 7C).
