When a logistic regression model including QDPR, CANT1, TYMP, THOP1, and ALDH1A1 was constructed the model exhibited an AUC of 0.93 (95% CI: 0.63-0.99), with a sensitivity of 93% and specificity of 80%, highlighting the potential of these proteins as biomarkers for the detection of liver steatosis in PWS. This evidence concerns the gene TYMP and Prader-Willi syndrome.
