KEGG annotation of the T2DM-PRGs revealed they were enriched in pathways related to prostate cancer, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) signaling, microRNAs in cancer, NOD-like receptor signaling, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, Epstein-Barr virus infection, AGE-RAGE signaling in diabetic complications, Parkinson’s disease, thyroid hormone signaling, and autophagy. Here, RENBP is linked to prostate cancer.
