Jiang et al. (2020) found that miR-144-3p was significantly downregulated in lung cancer cell lines and could effectively suppressed TGF-β1-induced lung cancer cell invasion and adhesion by regulating the Src-Akt-Erk pathway. Another study found that miR-144-3p expression was downregulated and could inhibit the Nrf2 pathway during the cisplatin resistance process in lung cancer cells (Yin et al., 2018).
