Topological analysis was performed by using the network analyzer function of the software, and the core targets of the treatment of laryngeal cancer were selected as interleukin-6 (IL6), transcription factor AP-1 (JUN), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-2 (IL2), interleukin-4 (IL4), interferon gamma (IFNG), RELA proto-oncogene (RELA), tumor protein P53 (TP53), cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A (CDKN1A), and serine/threonine kinase 1 (AKT1) according to the MCC value (Fig. 3D). The gene discussed is RELA; the disease is laryngeal carcinoma.
