We performed target prediction assay and found that miR‐181a‐5p was a potential target of LXRα (Figure S6B, Supporting Information), which was reported to be enriched in serum EVs from bone‐metastatic PCa patients in our previous work.[26] As shown in Figure 5A, two binding sites of LXRα were found to be located in the promoter of the host gene of miR‐181a‐5p precursor MIR‐181A1 by ChIP assay. The gene discussed is NR1H3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
