In contrast to the bispecific Clec9A-PDL1-AFN, administration of Clec9A-PDL1-huIFN, which cannot signal in mouse cells, hardly showed any antitumor efficacy against B16 melanoma (Fig. 5A), in the 4T1 mammary carcinoma s.c. (Fig. 5B) or orthotopic (Fig. 5C) model. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and melanoma.
