Higher CA125, Fbg, carcinoma antigen 15 − 3 (CA15-3), D-dimer and coagulation factor VIII (FVIII) concentrations, red blood cell (RBC) count, N stage, larger tumor diameter and lower CEA, α2-antiplasmin (α2-AP) and tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPSA) concentrations were associated with a higher predicted probability of 5-year BC recurrence. This evidence concerns the gene F8 and breast cancer.
