In comparison, in the tumor tissues, 84.4% (54/64), 74.6% (47/63), 93.7% (59/63), 73.0% (46/63) and 66.1% (41/62) of cases showed tumor cell-specific staining of NLRP3, caspase-1, ASC, IL-1β and IL-18 protein, respectively, whereas 100.0% (64/64), 100.0% (64/64), 100.0% (62/62), 100.0% (64/64) and 75.4% (49/65) of cases had positive immune-stromal staining.
