APOB and pancreatitis: Moreover, glycopeptides from other proteins, such as apolipoprotein B-100 (FN1523SSYLQGTN[+0.98]QITGR, APOB-N1523), prothrombin (PEIN143STTHPGADLQENFC[+57.02]R, F2-N143), and alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 (QNQC[+57.02]FYN93SSYLNVQREN103GTVSR, ORM2-N93;N103), demonstrated the capability to distinguish PDAC from nondiseased controls and pancreatitis, while ORM2-N93;N103 had the highest AUC of 0.91 among all the serum-detectable PDAC-associated glycopeptides (Fig. 5A and supplemental Table S6).
