Recent studies demonstrate that using HDAC inhibitors (iHDACs) in vitro and in vivo induces apoptosis, decreases cell migration, and impairs cell differentiation in several human and animal cancer lineages, exerting important antitumor activity (Murahari et al., 2017; Eto et al., 2019; Lu et al., 2020; Moufarrij et al., 2020).
