Again, similar changes were observed in the levels of the same PL and lysophospholipids (LPL) groups as in the previous comparison (T1), and in addition, elevated levels of oxidized PC (oxPC), i.e., PC 16:0/20:4(OH) and PC 18:0/18:2(OH), were observed in ALMS/BBS patients (Figure 6).
