We observed that high levels of H2O2-mediated oxidative stress (200 and 400 μM) reduced the activity of the Akt/bcl-2 pathway and increased the expression of p-P38 and p-JNK in colon cancer cells, but there is no influence on these signals at the low level of H2O2 (100 μM) (Figure 4).
