Compared with adjacent normal tissues, GALNT14 presented with a significantly higher expression in the tumor tissues of bladder urothelial carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene GALNT14 and lung adenocarcinoma.
