CD33+ AML burden in the periphery was significantly decreased in mSCF CAR-treated mice (0.2% ± 0.2%) compared to untreated controls (2% ± 0.5%) three-weeks after treatment, though not significantly different than mock αβ T-cell treated mice (0.2% ± 0.2%) (Figure 3E).
