CD4 and cancer: In current study, the novel findings were as following: 1 Based on the lasso modeling, we established the CCM-prognostic model in LUSC; 2 Both model 1 and model 2 contained STXBP1 as optimized gene, which was verified to associate with survival of LUSC in our cohort; 3 STXBP1 related to the immune cells including CD4+ T cell, macrophage, and dendritic cell et al., and had the ability to promote lactate and ATP levels, which mainly involved in the cancer metabolism.
