After excluding the aging caused variation in gene expression, there are three CNVs (i.e., DEL5006, mCNV14192, and DUP42180) regulating the expression level of seven genes (i.e., PLGRKT, TLR1, PLAU, CALB2, SYTL2, OTOF, and NT5DC1), and the expression level of these seven genes further regulates the age of death of AD patients, in the final causality network (Figure 5 and Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CALB2 and Alzheimer disease.
