P3H3 and neoplasm: P3H3 encodes for Prolyl 3-Hydroxylase 3, which plays a key role in collagen biosynthesis, affecting properties of the extracellular matrix [46–49], and has been previously been shown to act as a tumor suppressor in breast, lymphoid, and other cancers [50–52], while NBL1 encodes for neuroblastoma suppressor of tumorigenicity 1 [53,54], a transcription factor that is involved in the negative regulation of cell cycle (G1/S transition) [55–58].
