CHST2 and glioblastoma: When predicting the long-term survival of more than 5 years in patients with GBM, the identification of higher expressions of ATP5C1 (AUC = 0.814; p < 0.001), SHANK1 (AUC = 0.746; p < 0.001), RAC3 (AUC = 0.733; p = 0.001), and ADAM22 (AUC = 0.731; p = 0.001), alongside lower expressions of EFEMP2 (AUC = 0.810; p < 0.001), CHST2 (AUC = 0.765; p < 0.001), AEBP1 (AUC = 0.756; p < 0.001), and CHL1 (AUC = 0.736; p < 0.001), in GBM tissue, provided significant associations with a long-term survival (more than 5 years) in patients with GBM (Fig 3F).
