Patients with psoriasis have 18% higher odds of COVID‐19 infection incident compared to general public (OR = 1.18). Psoriasis patients receiving no systematic therapy were at higher risk of hospitalization due to COVID‐19 infection compared with biologic treatment. Patients using TNF inhibitor, methotrexate, and apremilast had decreased odds of COVID‐19 incident compared to topical therapy. Here, TNF is linked to psoriasis.
