After adjusting for age, tumor stage and grade, higher percentage of CD8+ T cells and activated NK cells significantly correlated with better survival (HR: 0.05, p = .025; and HR: < 0.01, p = .026), whereas higher fractions of resting memory CD4+ T cells and activated dendritic cells were associated with unfavorable prognosis (HR: 31.43, p = .015; and HR: 975.08, p = .008, respectively).
