Furthermore, the small subcohort with a further stratification by the combination of WHO grading with CDKN2A/B status showed that WHO grade 1 or 2 meningiomas with a heterozygous CDKN2A/B deletion seem to have a poorer prognosis compared with WHO grade 1, 2 or 3 meningiomas with a CDKN2A/B wild-type status.
