Majority of the ATM mutant cases were larger tumors (T3/T4–83.3%; 5/6), had lymph node metastasis (66.7%; 4/6), were advanced stage (Stage III/IV–50%; 3/6) and hormone receptor positive (83.3%; 5/6). This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
