Univariable logistic regression analysis indicated that age (odds ratio [OR], 0.95; 95% CI, 0.92-0.99), smoking (OR, 4.50; 95% CI, 1.19-16.97), high school educational level (OR, 1.74; 95% CI, 1.08-2.79), disease duration (OR, 0.82; 95% CI, 0.74-0.92), RT (OR, 0.72; 95% CI, 0.50-1.03), and GnRH treatment (OR, 1.75; 95% CI, 1.22-2.51) were associated with depression (Table 2). Here, GNRH1 is linked to depressive symptom measurement.
