RPS6KA5 and neoplasm: The results show that repression of m3Es proximal to CBX8 (m3eCBX8) and RPS6KA5 (m3eRPS6KA5) caused significant inhibition of tumor volume and weight; and repression of m3eTNFSF10 caused significant reduction of tumor weight but not tumor volume (Fig. 4C-F).
