TET2 and depressive disorder: Compared with the AR group, the total distance of movement and the number of central zone entry in the Tet2−/− AR group were significantly decreased, reflecting more severe symptoms of anxiety and depression, and there was no significant difference in the residence time of central zone, indicating that TET2 was involved in the anxiety and depression-like behaviors of AR mice, and the absence of TET2 would lead to the aggravation of anxiety and depression-like behaviors of AR mice (Fig. 2B, G–I).
