Examination of CS1-dbBiTE-armed CD62L-CD45RA- PBMCs from MM patient samples also revealed significant CD107a (Fig. 5D) as well as IFN-γ expression following co-culture with the CS1 positive targets, MM.1S and U266B (Fig. 5E; Fig. S3B), highlighting the potential of our CS1-dbBiTE treatment against MM. This evidence concerns the gene SLAMF7 and Miyoshi myopathy.
