This analysis highlighted that many KEGG Hodgkin lymphoma pathway genes are jointly induced by TES1 and TES2 signaling in LCLs, including CCL22, BCL3, cRel, IRF4, STAT3, STAT6, and CD70, each of which has prominent roles in Hodgkin lymphoma pathogenesis (Fig. S3B). This evidence concerns the gene BCL3 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
