The mRNA stability of ABCB1 was analyzed in BC cells treated with actinomycin D. As expected, the half-life of ABCB1 mRNA was dramatically shortened in the situation of deletion of IGF2BP2, while the half-life of ABCB1 mRNA was prolonged by overexpressed IGF2BP2. Collectively, these data suggested that IGF2BP2 enhanced ABCB1 mRNA stability (Fig. 4F). Here, ABCB1 is linked to breast cancer.
