Our results demonstrated treatment-dependent increase in the proportion of two granulocyte sub-clusters (G1: CCR4hiCXCR4lowHLA-DR- and G3: HLA-DR-CCR4+CXCR4low) as well as a reduction of one cluster, G6: CD14+, in MS patients treated with aCD20 at T0 (Fig. 3C; see Supplementary Fig. 9 for non-significantly differential abundant clusters). This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and myeloid sarcoma.
