Furthermore, we found that PWH with CD4+T-cell count < 200 cells/μL were more commonly from Latin America (100% versus 41%, p < 0.0001), had more generalized exanthema (83.3% versus 44.6%, p = 0.008), had more frequent pustular and hemorrhagic exanthema (50.0% versus 20.6%, p = 0.013, and 8.3% versus 0.3%, p < 0.0001, respectively) and required more frequently hospitalization (16.7% versus 2%, p = 0.001). Here, CD4 is linked to exanthem.
