The BsAbs-mediated MM cell killing is negatively affected by many cellular and molecular factors, such as bone marrow stromal cells, osteoclasts, regulatory T cells, a proliferation-inducing ligand, transforming growth factor-β, interleukin-6, soluble BCMA, and upregulation in the PD-L1/PD1 axis. Here, IL6 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
