Besides this, KDM5B is associated with cell proliferation and invasion, the negative regulation of p53, the epithelial–mesenchymal transition process (increased ZEB1 and ZEB2 and decreased miR-200), and, consequently, tumor cell migration and metastasis development (particularly brain metastases in non-small-cell lung cancer). Here, KDM5B is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
