Recently, Langer at al. used DC to co-nanomill bovine albumin (BSA) and mitotane to obtain albumin-stabilized mitotane nanoparticles (after crosslinking parts of the BSA using glutaraldehyde) for experimental adrenocortical carcinoma treatment, which were still stable after 6 months of storage at 4–8 °C as well as at 20–24 °C [17]. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and adrenal cortex carcinoma.
