Through a comprehensive analysis of the sequence data, we meticulously annotated 26 BC susceptibility genes, namely, ATM, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CASP8, CDH1, CDKN2A, CHEK2, EPCAM, HMMR, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, MUTYH, NBN, NF1, PALB2, PHB1, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, RAD54L, STK11, and TP53, spanning genes associated with low to high risk. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast cancer.
