Through a comprehensive analysis of the sequence data, we meticulously annotated 26 BC susceptibility genes, namely, ATM, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CASP8, CDH1, CDKN2A, CHEK2, EPCAM, HMMR, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, MUTYH, NBN, NF1, PALB2, PHB1, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, RAD54L, STK11, and TP53, spanning genes associated with low to high risk. Here, RAD51D is linked to breast cancer.
