Data from the Phase I study of maintenance subcutaneous therapy with the infliximab biosimilar CT-P13 in patients with IBD showed that clearance could be increased by 43.2%, 30.1% and 39% by an elevated body weight (from 70 to 120 kg), lower albumin (from 44 to 32 gr/L) and positive ADAs, respectively [13].
