NLRP3 and glioma: Both NLRC4 and NLRP3 have been found to be upregulated and associated with poor prognosis in glioma, with high expression of NLRC4 suggesting lower overall survival compared to low NLRC4 expression [91], indicating that NLRC4 may serve as a potential biomarker for glioma prognosis and suggesting a correlation between pyroptosis and glioma development.
