The subTME including subTME1 in CRC and subTME2 in BC was found to have the enrichment of Macro_APOE, Treg, and CD8+ Tex cells, and TAM subtypes in this subTME, such as Macro_APOE, harbored high anti-inflammatory signatures (Figure 2a). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is breast cancer.
