Additionally, there was an increase in the numbers of CD4+, CD8+, CD19+, and CD68+ cells in CRC tissues (14.11 ± 1.10 vs. 3.40 ± 0.18, <i>p</i> < 0.005; 0.16 ± 0.12 vs. 0.04 ± 0.04, <i>p</i> < 0.005; 0.71 ± 0.46 vs. 0.25 ± 0.13, <i>p</i> < 0.0005; 0.27 ± 0.24 vs. 0.03 ± 0.11, <i>p</i> < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and colorectal carcinoma.
