Evaluation of the gene expression data in 499 prostate cancer patients in the TCGA dataset [34,35] showed that EZH2 expression positively correlates with INPP4B (r = 0.1368, p = 0.0022), while the correlation is negative with PTEN expression (Spearman r = −0.1718, p = 0.0001) (Figure 2c,d). Here, EZH2 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
