Their PRS-only model had an AUC of 0.67 (CI 95%: 0.64–0.69), whereas the addition of genetic and non-genetic risk factors, including information on family history, risk factors such as lifestyle, hormonal and reproductive risk factors, mammographic density and pathogenic variants in BC susceptible genes such as BRCA1 and BRCA2 provided an AUC of 0.70 (95% CI = 0.66–0.73).
