LYPD1 and neoplasm: Antitumor activity of CD3-T-cell-binding bispecific antibodies (TCBs) directed against the PAX8 lineage-driven HGSOC tumor antigen LYPD1 showed that anti-LYPD1 TCBs induce T cell activation and in vivo promote inhibition of tumor growth in LYPD1-expressing HGSOC.
