After treating the ulcer with the PolyLA-Na/PolyLA-2-1 patch, immunofluorescence staining reveals fewer MPO+ cells and iNOS+ cells compared with the other groups (Fig. 7g, i, j), demonstrating that the PolyLA-Na/PolyLA-2-1 patch treatment effectively prevents the infiltration of inflammatory cells and exhibits a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
