FCGR2B and Hepatic fibrosis: Data from a non-alcoholic fatty liver inflammation biopsy specimen showed that a decreased FCGR2B expression level in LSECs was correlated with increased serum levels of collagen IV and hyaluronic acid and inversely correlated with the stage of fibrosis, suggesting that a decreased FCGR2B expression level promotes liver fibrosis by inhibiting LSECs’ clearance ability [53,54].
